Refunds and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase (provided you meet the below requirements). If you need to return your order due to the wrong colour, wrong size, or simply a change of mind, we’re here to assist you!
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item cannot be a gift card or a personalised item (custom name patches cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged).
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and resending new sizes/colours/items.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at hello@outdoorpawspetsupply.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will respond within one business day with further instructions.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. You should see the credit applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Kits Return Policy
If you choose to return any items from a bundle/kit purchase, the items you keep will be recalculated at their full price to determine your refund amount, as the bundle/kit discount will no longer apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalised items or gift cards.
Damaged Items
Although we have implemented rigorous quality control measures, we understand that sometimes flawed products slip through the cracks. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can fix this for you right away!
