Shipping Informaiton
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping.
Once I place an order, how long until it is shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when your order is received.
To minimize the risk of lost or stolen parcels, we strongly suggest having your items shipped to a parcel locker or your workplace.
How long will shipping take?
All shipments are posted from the Outdoor Paws HQ located in Queensland, Australia
We offer two shipping options for Australian Shipments:
- Standard shipping which takes 2-5 business days
- Express shipping which takes 1-3 business days.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are only an estimate and may change depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with postal services. We cannot assume any responsibility for courier delays once your item/s have been shipped.
What if my parcel is stolen or lost
We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels. If, in the unlikely event, your parcel is lost by Australia Post, please contact us immediately at hello@outdoorpawspetsupply.com with your order number and a screenshot of the email from Australia Post indicating that your parcel has been deemed "Lost in Transit."
